Supervision

Our Supervision can be provided on an individual basis or to a group.  A Contract is made between the Supervisor and the supervisee(s) to include a mutually agreed time and place to meet, and agreed hourly fee.   This can be offered on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis. 

Supervision for counsellors and other allied professionals helps to teach and evaluate both personal and professional development, builds a supportive relationship, enables a time for reflection, monitors adminstrative tasks and also maintains professional and ethical standards.  The need to support staff has become more and more important and supervision is especially helpful to those professions which carry a high level of responsibility and care-giving to others within their working day.
